As announced by Buckhingham Palace three days ago, Queen Elizabeth is back in public today after weeks of rest prescribed by doctors during which she was also forced to a rare 24-hour hospital stay.

The British media reported it.

The 95-year-old sovereign will participate in the annual National Remembrance Day Commemoration Service, honoring the war dead, in front of the London Cenotaph.

This year the ceremonies return to their traditional splendor, after the version discharged last year due to the Covid pandemic, with the participation of over 10,000 veterans and hundreds of soldiers.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will also be there.

As per tradition, Prince Charles will lay a wreath of flowers for the queen at the cenotaph, at 11 (12 in Italy) there will be a minute of silence throughout the United Kingdom.
