Baking beer cookies: simple recipe for unusual cookies

Then add the butter and beer and knead everything into a smooth dough.
Shape the cookie dough into a flattened ball, wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
