The facts date back to December 8, as told by TMZ.
That day, he allegedly punched in the face and tried to strangle the one who was already his ex-girlfriend, after a heated argument at the Hyatt Hotel in Oklahoma City.
The young woman had to bite the actor in the hand to escape, while he was hitting her.
The latter filed a complaint against him on December 15.
After a week of evading authorities, Devin Ratray finally showed up at Oklahoma City Police Station on December 22 to answer for his actions, denying the charges against him.
A deposit of 25,000 dollars
The actor was briefly questioned by local police. After a forensic photograph was taken, he was charged with "
domestic assault and battery
" and " domestic
assault by strangulation
". He was then released on payment of a $ 25,000 bond.
