This energy snack is all you need in a time like this.

It is rich in natural energy and easy to prepare outrageously.

How easy?

Its preparation will take you less time than jumping into a store or grocery store, and unlike the familiar or purchased energy snacks, this is a real health snack.



Grind bananas with dates and cocoa, mix with thick oats, flatten, refrigerate and cut.

Now all that is left is to pull out of the fridge or freezer a cold snack to start the day.

Ingredients

    • 3 bananas

    • 5 units of Majhol palm (or 3 tablespoons of sesame / honey / maple)

    • 1 cup thick oats

    • 1 tablespoon

    • From vanilla extract or quality vanilla extract

Preparation

How to make an energy snack?

  • 1 Grind the bananas, dates, cocoa and vanilla until smooth.

  • 2 Add oats and mix well.

  • 3 surfaces in a pan lined with baking paper and cool.

  • 4 Cut into rectangles and serve.

  • It can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator or in the freezer
