The »Doctor Strange« actress Zara Phythian has been accused of sexually assaulting a girl in a court case in Great Britain.
Between 2005 and 2008, together with her husband, she is said to have repeatedly made the 13-year-old docile and then abused her, according to the BBC and the "Independent".
They refer to allegations by the now adult woman, which were brought up in the process via clip.
According to the BBC, the woman stated, among other things, that she was given alcohol at the time, and then Phythian asked her to orally satisfy her husband.
As a result, he had intercourse with both of them.
According to the broadcaster, the victim told police: "I knew it was wrong, but I just didn't know how to get out of the situation or say anything." She looked up to Zara Phythian and tried to be as.
The defendants were working as martial arts instructors at the time.
Abuse is said to have been filmed
In the trial at Nottingham Crown Court, the couple are reportedly accused of a total of 14 jointly committed acts of abuse.
The alleged victim had reportedly told the police that the two had filmed most of the attacks and tried to recreate pornographic scenes.
36-year-old Zara Phythian, like her 59-year-old husband, rejects the allegations.
The victim reportedly said the actress' accused husband threatened to smash her kneecaps if she told anyone about the alleged incidents.
"He just said that nobody would believe me anyway," she is quoted as saying.
