How do you turn this property into a tool that will help children and adults open up to new flavors?

This time she makes her own fun and delicious version of her favorite tabbouleh salad - tabbouleh flakes with plenty of fresh herbs, chopped tomato, lemon juice, olive oil and a little blush.

Those who like can also add a handful of cranberries.

Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons oil

    • 2 cups baked flakes

    • ½2 boiling cups

    • 1 teaspoon flat salt

    • 2 chopped green onion stalks

    • ⅓ Chopped parsley chops

    • ¼ Chopped mint cherries

    • ¼ Chopped coriander seeds

    • 2 tomatoes emptied of seeds and chopped

    • ¼ Olive oil

    • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    • ½ teaspoons of salt or to taste

    • 1 tablespoon blush

    • Cranberries (optional)

  • To serve:

    • Tehina

Preparation

How to make a tabbouleh flake salad?

  • 1 Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the flakes while stirring for about a minute.

    Add the boiling water and salt and cook for 10 minutes on a medium-low flame.

  • 2 Turn off the heat and leave the pot covered for another 5 minutes.

    Fan the flakes with a fork, transfer to a bowl and cool.

  • 3 Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

    Taste and adjust the seasoning.

    If desired, sprinkle with cranberries (optional).

  • 4 Serve the salad with tahini on the side.
