There is hardly a home in Israel that does not hold at least one bag of flakes in the pull-out and there is no Israeli child who is not crazy about a pot of flakes and can eliminate one of these with a spoon in a few moments.
How do you turn this property into a tool that will help children and adults open up to new flavors?
Olga Tuchsher from the food blog and recipes the secret ingredient, does wonders with a bag of baked flakes.
This time she makes her own fun and delicious version of her favorite tabbouleh salad - tabbouleh flakes with plenty of fresh herbs, chopped tomato, lemon juice, olive oil and a little blush.
Those who like can also add a handful of cranberries.
