What is?

A wonderful Thai stir-fry, in addition to the Pad Thai we know and love.

Pad means by the way, fried in cellulose.



Sauté

onions, garlic, ginger and lots and lots of hot green pepper in a hot wok.

Add the ground meat or chicken and add the herbs.



To achieve an authentic taste, it is convenient to use Thai curry puree (green or red) to enhance the required flavors - ginger, lemon grass, etc.



Cook

in advance a nice pile of white rice, on which you place the chopped, seasoned and fried meat/chicken, and on top of everything a fried Ein egg.

A hot spicy dish, which can be moderated a little if desired.

Ingredients

    • 500 grams of ground beef or coarsely ground chicken breasts

    • 4 tablespoons of oil

    • finely chopped onion

    • 6 finely chopped garlic cloves

    • 2 hot green peppers, chopped

    • 2 hot red peppers, chopped

    • 3 cups basil, cilantro and mint leaves, chopped

    • 1 red kafkari

    • 1 green capkari

    • 2 capsicum

  • To submit:

    • 4 cups of cooked white rice

    • 4 eggs (optional)

Preparation

How do you make pad kefau?

  • 1 Prepare 4 bowls of cooked rice in advance and keep it warm.

  • 2 Heat a wok with oil.

    Add onion, garlic and hot peppers and sauté until fragrant.

    Add the ground beef or chicken and fry for 3 minutes.

    Add herbs, red and green curry and soy, mix and remove from heat.

  • 3 At the same time, heat oil in a pan and fry Ein eggs.

    To serve:

    pile the fried chicken on top of the rice and place the egg on top.

    Feel free to make it with crumbled tofu and skip the egg on top.
