Following a celebratory tenants' conference that they held last night (Sun), the companies Tzemach-Hamerman and Azorim report that they have signed the apartment owners in the Dafna complex in Tel Aviv to eviction and construction agreements, and now the project is officially underway - more than a decade later.

The IBA for the project has already been approved.

The conference was held with the participation of dozens of residents of the complex, during which they were presented with the main points of the eviction-construction agreement and the changes they will receive. As of this time, over a third of the apartment owners have signed contracts with the entrepreneurial companies. The companies estimate that in the coming weeks they will reach the necessary majority.

The project in the complex Dafna includes the construction of 201 new apartments in a prestigious 25-story residential tower, which will be adjacent to a 6-story textured building above a commercial floor, a public building and an underground parking lot. These will be replaced by 66 apartments in old 4-story buildings that will be demolished and vacated.

The project is located at 24-26-28 Dafna St. in central Tel Aviv, in the complex between Arlozorov, Shaul Hamelech, and Menachem Begin Weizman streets.

It is adjacent to the Arlozorov light rail station, close to the Ichilov Hospital, the courts and the city's main recreation, leisure and commercial areas.

The IBA for the project has already been approved by the Tel Aviv Municipality.

According to the plan, the tower will offer 5 apartments per floor with an area of 145 to 172 square meters. In the larger apartments, all the balconies will face west, while the residents of the higher floors will be able to enjoy an open view. The smaller apartments will be located in the lower and textured part of the tower.

On the roof of the textured building will be built A swimming pool and below it a private spa complex, which will also include a gym for the residents' well-being. The leading architectural office, Kika Baraz, is responsible for the planning, and the interior design is in charge of the architect Dana Oberzon's office.

The companies Tzemach Hamerman and Azoris were chosen, as mentioned, to carry out the project by the apartment owners with a majority of votes already in July of last year.

According to Haim Feiglin, CEO and controlling owner of Zemach Hamerman, "We are making another step forward in promoting the prestigious project in the Dafna complex.

I thank the apartment owners who continue and give us and our partners the trust and I am sure that one of the Tel Aviv icons will rise here.

At the same time as the remaining apartment owners sign agreements, we are working vigorously to advance the planning and permits for the project."

According to Ron Avidan, CEO of Azurim, "We welcome the tenants' trust in us and are confident that together with Tzemach Hammerman we will build an iconic project that leads to the well-being of the old tenants.

This project is a continuation of the expansion and activity of areas in the city of Tel Aviv and the region in general.

Azurim operates in a number of central locations in the city and promotes wide-ranging projects such as: Hamsgar Street, Nachalat Yitzhak, Horsote Park and more.

The strategic and successful cooperation with Zemach Hamerman and the trust we received today from the tenants marks a significant milestone in the project.

There is no doubt that the project will become a unique flagship project for the companies in the city and in the entire region.
