- PARIS - Triumph of stars for the Parisian restaurant, Le Gabriel, in the 2024 edition of the Michelin France guide.
During a solemn ceremony in Tours, the famous red guide awarded a third star to Le Gabriel, Jérôme Banctel's Parisian restaurant and, a very rare event, three stars in one fell swoop for the reopening of the Table du Castellet, in the department of Var, in the south of France, led by thirty-five-year-old chef Fabien Ferré.
The France 2024 edition of the Michelin guide features eight new two-star restaurants and nine new so-called 'Etoile Verte' restaurants, across the country, with a strong concentration in Paris and south-eastern France.
