The Ministry of Higher Education announced today the names of those admitted to Cuba scholarships for postgraduate studies `` Master's and Ph.D. '' for the academic year 2019-2020 in the specialties available there for Syrian students with a degree in human medicine.
The ministry said in its announcement, which SANA received a copy of it that the students admitted to the scholarships are entitled to apply for a denunciation by 10-10-2019, otherwise the student is forbidden to apply to the rest of the cultural exchange announcements in the current academic year and the coming years.
The ministry indicated that the trade-offs for admission to these grants were conducted on the basis of the percentage of university leave for master candidates and on the basis of the percentage of university leave plus three grades for those who have a master's degree and doctoral candidates, stressing that the final acceptance of the student is linked exclusively with the approval of the concerned party from the Cuban side.
The ministry announced the grants on September 18th.
