The trendy concept "Farm To Table" has never been so tangible. Inar Ben Rafael and Tamir Michaeli, the duo, who in just one year picked up every category of honor in the category, distilled the term with the opening of Igra in the economy.

Iggra Farm is a restaurant and a farm shop teaches in the Governor's Village. Only 20 kilometers from Tel Aviv and the paradise of an erupting nature unfolds in front of astonishing eyes. Facing the sweet and soulful structure, the green fields of Melamed are spread. Plowed with furrows and beds, the field yields enviable seasonal crops. Everything grows in this good soil, magnificent kale leaves, subtle patches of varieties, sugary kohlrabi, broccoli and cauliflower blooms, delicate guards, spectacular rocket leaves and more.

Nearby is the only organic chicken coop in the country. Eric has been teaching a breeder for more than 11 years the freedom fowl that is fed only organic.

The restaurant is open only at noon, and is located in a rural space with a great terrace and several tables set right across the field. In the interior and wide space is located the farm shop with everything.

The field crops of the farm teaches, the yield of other farmers, kinds of granules, cakes and pastries. Spicy nuts, local wines, olive oil, jams, tuffins and more. The traditional market baskets cannot be filled to the full.

Tamir Michaeli, the super administrator of the place, is the epitome of modern savagery. With a look of genuine Dothraki and a sharp and bright, he gives the place its unique dark charm. It's a farm restaurant, but more than that, it's a passion venture. It is evident in the day-to-day work of restaurant and shop management that the business aspect is driven by a tremendous force of faith, mission and love of the earth and its dedication.

The tremendous respect for the beauty of the land and Yuvulia was shared with Tamir his partner, Igr. Ben-Rafael. Enar knows how to do magic in the kitchen. Every vegetable, leaf and chunk that comes out of its hands receives extraordinary care in its simplicity, which is why it is so wonderful. Anar cooks from the knowledge of the land, its seasons, its tannins and from a vast understanding of raw materials. He is not much manipulated but sings a hymn to real local cuisine.

On the menu you can find farm vegetables, chicken stock, cauliflower and kale butter (NIS 48), grilled Nina cheese with tomato, tomato soup (NIS 42), confit rind salad, fresh onion, cilantro, green onion, celery, dill, rocket, Lime, chili oil and crispy crispy onion (NIS 45), chicken breast grilled (NIS 66), roasted soft broccoli, almond sauce and dumplings with green garlic tomato salsa (NIS 18), beetroot and smoked yogurt (NIS 18).

The store is open Sunday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The restaurant is open on Thursdays from 12:00 to 16:00 and on Fridays from 11:00 to 16:00.
