Collapsed buildings in Marseille: the lessor Marseille Habitat indicted

Almost two years ago to the day, two buildings in the hypercentre of Marseille, at 63 and 65 rue d'Aubagne, had collapsed, killing eight people.


The social landlord Marseille Habitat was indicted in particular for "

manslaughter by deliberate violation of a safety obligation

" in the investigation into the fatal collapse of two buildings in Marseille in November 2018, AFP learned Tuesday 3 November with the prosecution.
