The civilian helicopter took off from Courchevel at 3:41 p.m. with five people on board, said the gendarmes of Savoie, who had no immediate information on the identity of the victims or the type of device used. .
The helicopter crashed on the crests of Mont Charvet, on the heights of Lake Rosière, around 5:20 p.m., and the emergency services were alerted by witnesses, added the gendarmes.
