Shell used Shell FuelSave fuel-saving formula diesel to conduct a nine-month test on a fishing boat owned by Xingshu earlier. With its fuel-saving features, it has reduced operating costs for fishermen.

In the past 9 months, the team found that diesel fuel with fuel-saving formula is more effective than ordinary fuel. It has also successfully reduced carbon dioxide emissions and maintenance costs, allowing ship owners to save a lot of operating costs.

Dick pointed out that Shell FuelSave fuel-saving formula diesel combined with Shell premium lubricants proved to provide up to 4.7% of fuel efficiency in fishing boat tests.

"According to our internal test results, Shell FuelSave fuel-saving formula diesel provides up to 3% fuel efficiency compared with diesel without fuel-saving formula. This fishing boat test also used Shell Gold R6LM lubricants to combine the fuel The benefit is increased to up to 4.7%.” Dick also pointed out that Shell FuelSave’s unique dual cleaning technology can effectively clean the carbon deposits of the fuel nozzles, protect the engine, reduce the risk of failure, and increase engine efficiency, thereby reducing carbon dioxide and carbon dioxide.
