The farm shop with direct sales of eggs from free-range chickens and potatoes in the middle of Buchendorf is to be expanded.
To a butcher's shop.
The local council has now approved the corresponding application by farmer Michele Tirabasso (33).
Buchendorf - Cyclists, but also the people of Gauting themselves, appreciate the nearby farm shop with direct sales of eggs from free-range chickens and potatoes in the middle of Buchendorf. After a short debate, the Gautingen construction committee has now approved the current preliminary application for a decision from farmer Michele Tirabasso (33). The only vote against came from Eberhard Brucker (SPD). In the Buchendorfer Kellerhof at Gautinger Weg 1, it will be possible to add and change the use of the previous agricultural hall as a butcher's shop. The district office has the last word, however.
"First and foremost, I wanted to know what we are allowed to do from the community's point of view before I put a lot of money into my hands," explains Tirabasso, explaining the reason for his application. The processing and sale of meat fits into the village area, emphasized Mayor Dr. Brigitte Kössinger previously in the meeting. Because the planned butcher's shop is located in the interior of the area designated by the statutes. "No slaughter" is planned, emphasized Dr. Kössinger at the request of Eberhard Brucker (SPD). But there are already parking problems at this "bottleneck" in Buchendorf, Brucker had further concerns. The mayor replied that she was not familiar with the previous farm shop. According to planning law, the butcher's shop is permitted according to the village area statutes. Other issues such as spacing areas,The district office checks customer parking spaces or emissions.
Thanks to the municipal council's vote, the first hurdle has already been cleared, said Tirabasso, who specializes in regional products. In his Buchendorfer farm shop with a self-collection machine, he has been selling potatoes from Buchendorfer farmer Thomas Ruhdorfer for almost six years. To the delight of day trippers with children, he keeps his roughly 2200 chickens in free-range mobility stalls on the meadow on Leutstettener Weg (we reported). Recently, his farm also includes free-range pigs, the meat of which the Buchendorfer farmer would like to process himself in the cellar yard and also sell as grilled meat.
A butcher's shop with a shop in the cellar courtyard is planned.
Tirabasso already has a butcher by hand.
The current wooden hut, where he sells eggs, pasta and potatoes from Buchendorf and Germering, would be removed so that customer parking spaces could be created in the Kellerhof in the future.
He himself already has 15 "happy pigs" in free range, another farmer in Buchendorf keeps cattle and a third raises sheep.
Regional meat from Buchendorf without long transport routes is namely the idea behind his "direct marketing" with his own in-house butcher's shop.
Farmer Tirabasso emphasizes that his neighbor from Hartl-Hof is already on board.
