Domicile revoked for Alessio Spaziano, the young truck driver from Caserta who last June hit and killed the Si Cobas trade unionist Adil Belakhdim, engaged in a garrison in front of the gates of the Lidl warehouse in Biandrate (Novara).
The Turin Review Court accepted the request for release from its lawyer, the lawyer Gabriele De Juliis.
Against the young truck driver, the judges, however, ordered the precautionary measure of the obligation to stay in Campania.
Spaziano was arrested on June 18 after a brief escape. After the investment, the 25-year-old lorry driver drove the lorry away, stopping after a few kilometers at the Novara Ovest exit of the Turin-Milan motorway.
