Unregistered citizens must apply on or before August 14

The government stated that citizens who choose to collect coupons through Alipay Hong Kong, Tap & Go or WeChat Pay HK have directly deposited the 2,000 yuan coupon into their designated stored-value payment tool account, and the relevant amount will be independent of the account. With the original e-wallet, citizens only need to open the app to choose whether to use consumer coupons when making payments, and then pay as usual.
