Occupied Jerusalem - SANA
Hundreds of Israeli settlers, under the protection of the occupation forces, stormed this evening the archaeological area of Al-Masoudia, north of the city of Nablus in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency quoted the mayor of Sebastia, Muhammad Azem, as saying that hundreds of settlers stormed the historic Al-Masoudia area with the aim of seizing it and displacing the Palestinians from it.
The occupation forces and settlers escalate their repeated attacks on Palestinian archaeological sites, especially the town of Sebastia, west of the city of Nablus, which with its components is one of the most important archaeological sites in occupied Palestine.
