Arches, in the field of real estate development, launched its first work directly in the construction of the two residential opal towers, according to modern urban construction methods, in Marotta City, in the second regulatory zone.

The General Manager of Arks, Eng. Ghanem, explained here in a statement to SANA’s representative that the company launched its first projects in the name of Opal Towers, based on the importance of the Marota area and the company’s vision in the field of real estate development to keep pace with the urban boom in Syria, where Marota City was chosen for its distinguished location.

He pointed out here that the area of ​​the two towers is 3,400 square meters distributed over the divisions TC 109 and TC 110 with an approximate area of ​​1,700 square meters for each tower and a built-up area of ​​37,125 square meters, resulting in a total residential area of ​​22,450 square meters for the two towers, indicating that each tower consists of a ground floor and a floor. Technical and 16 residential floors containing 62 apartments of different sizes, with a total of 124 apartments, with three basements providing car parking in addition to rooms for common services.

The engineer here stressed that the launch of Arx's business is an important step in the field of real estate development and its goals are to be a leading and distinguished brand in the field of developing, investing and managing residential and commercial real estate communities in Syria, and it seeks more real estate development projects.

The Marota area is witnessing an active movement in building towers, digging partitions, and an increase in the number of licensing requests for the real estate investment project, which is the largest in Syria and designed to achieve the first integrated smart city with advanced and modern infrastructure, residential and service buildings of high specifications with green spaces.

The direct work was attended by the Minister of Local Administration and Environment, Eng. Hussein Makhlouf, Public Works and Housing, Eng. Suhail Abdul Latif, and the Governor of Damascus, Eng. Adel Al-Olabi, and a number of businessmen and investors.
