Cuban dissidence, three months after the riots of July 11, is actively preparing its return.
A big demonstration is planned for November 15th.
In a letter addressed to the governor of Havana, Reinaldo Garcia, the playwright Yunior Garcia and the opponent Manuel Cuesta Morua, co-initiators of this manifesto, assure that
"the demonstration will be against violence, to demand respect for all rights. of all Cubans, for the release of political prisoners and to find a solution to our differences by democratic and peaceful means ”
