The female defendant Chen Shaohui (38 years old, unemployed) was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit criminal intimidation, accusing her of conspiring with an unknown man outside the Lai Chi Kok Reception Centre, No. 5 Butterfly Valley Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon on November 4 this year. Threatening X will damage his reputation, with the intent to frighten him.
