A 66-year-old woman from Garmisch-Partenkirchen on Thursday, while maneuvering in front of a restaurant on Wildenauer Strasse, first drove against an outdoor bistro table and then pushed it into the window of the restaurant.
The police patrol found a clear smell of alcohol in the woman.
According to the police, a test carried out on site ultimately showed a value in the range of a criminal offense above 1.1 per thousand.
The driver's license was secured on site and a blood sample was ordered.
The damage to the window pane amounts to around 1500 euros.
