The rule you must know: This is how you will succeed in educating your child
It is not possible to educate all children in a similar way, because each of them needs what suits him.
Rabbi Josiah Pinto explained this in his lesson with the help of the example of Yaakov Avinu.

The great thing of man is to know how to educate each and every child in a way that suits him.
If a person thinks that he will educate his children in the same way and everyone came out the same - he is wrong, and some of his children will fall, the Rebbe Rabbi Josiah Pinto explains in his lesson.
Rabbi Pinto added that education is not the same education for everyone. For the second and this is seen from Jewish history, where Isaac's education suited our ancestor Jacob, but not his brothers did evil.
Jacob himself did adapt his education to his children. Further, when Jacob learned a lesson from his father's education,
Rabbi Pinto concludes: If a person does not know how to adapt the appropriate education to every child - he will bring great destruction to the family and if he knows each child's way, he will build his family correctly.
