An indictment was filed today (Thursday) against a 16-year-old minor on suspicion of committing a sexual offense against his classmate with whom he studied at the school in Be'er Sheva.
According to the indictment, filed through attorney Ira Weimin Krikon, in the Lod District Court, during the break, the defendant led the complainant to a hidden place, outside the school walls, where he tried to perform an act of sodomy on her without her free consent.
The complainant asked the defendant to allow her to leave as she should have time to return to class in her class.
The indictment attributes to the defendant the commission of an offense of attempted sodomy.
The court released the defendant under full house arrest outside his city of residence which includes a ban on entering the school.
The prosecutor's office wants to extend the house arrest.

In addition, the police arrested a 51-year-old city resident last night in Jaffa on suspicion of indecent assault on a nine-year-old minor.
Police investigators located the suspect and arrested him for questioning at the station, at the end of which he was arrested.
This morning (Thursday), in accordance with the needs of the investigation, the police will request an extension of the suspect's detention in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.
