According to Flight Radar, the plane was flown from Basel in Switzerland, where it was prepared, to the Russian capital Moscow on December 18.

The plane was apparently built in 2015 for PrivatAir, a Swiss airline operator, but was never delivered to the company because it filed for bankruptcy in 2018.

The aircraft, considered Abramovich's second private jet, after its £ 128 million Boeing 767-33, is one of only 250 such aircraft in the world and is operated primarily by large airlines, which it can carry up to 223 passengers.

Those who do not own a private Boeing 787 Dreamliner but still want to rent one for a flight will have to pay around $ 74,000 (£ 56,000) per hour - meaning an eight-hour flight from London to New York could cost around $ 600,000.

Only two other aircraft of this type are privately owned - one is used by the Mexican leader as a presidential aircraft and the other is used by UAS International Trip Support, which operates the global jet aircraft service "Dream Jet".

Meanwhile, last August, for the first time at sea, near one of the billionaire's homes on the French Riviera, his new super yacht "Solaris" was valued at around £ 430 million. It is the most expensive luxury yacht ever built, with 48 rooms over eight Deck, a crew of 60 people and room for 36 lucky guests, who can be accommodated in spacious bedrooms and walk between the eight decks of the yacht in a luxurious elevator.

Solaris, built in Germany, recently completed marine trials and briefly docked in Barcelona before moving to the Cape d'Ale near Monaco, and then to France.

It is estimated that this is Abramovich's second yacht after the Eclipse, which is slightly longer and valued at £ 500 million.
