"Tonight we have a line," Prime Minister Naftali Bennett announced last night, "Israeli children are returning to study continuously."
The operation that returns the education system to the norm has been dubbed "testing and learning", in which all children aged 0-18, vaccinated and unvaccinated, will return to normal learning, even if exposed to a verified patient - unless they have shown symptoms.
The manner in which the outline will be conducted, whose implementation will begin next Thursday, requires close cooperation with the parents.
As part of this, the children will perform two tests a week, on Sunday and Wednesday.
Parents will be required to sign a certificate in the morning that they have conducted a test for their children.
Children who see symptoms and children who are found positive on examination will go into isolation as it has been until now.
In case parents refuse to perform the test, their children will have to stay in isolation.

To enable the implementation of the program, last night the Ministry of Education announced an operation to distribute home antigen tests to students and education staff.
As part of the campaign, starting today, all kindergarten and elementary school students will receive a set of 20 tests that they will be asked to take home.
Priority in distribution is given to kindergarten children for special education.
After them will receive the assessments of regular kindergarten children followed by elementary school students.
The members of the educational staff at these institutions will receive ten tests each, including daycare staff and assistants.

In the next phase of the operation, kits will be distributed to middle and high school students.
The number of tests to be divided into this age group will be smaller, and all three students will share a set of 20 tests.
Bennett said last night that meanwhile three tests have been passed per student.
"The state is going towards the parents and children who so desperately need a framework," Bennett said.
"This move requires your personal responsibility, parents, to be careful and carry out the tests properly," the prime minister continued.
"If the child is verified, just do not send him to school. This wave is difficult for everyone. There is almost verified in every home but this wave will end relatively quickly, I thank my colleagues in the government again. "
