In the shadow of the warnings: The rabbis of Cyprus practiced terrorist attacks

Just before the start of the tourist season on the neighboring island and against the background of security warnings aimed at Jewish communities around the world, rabbis from Cyprus took part in a special meeting initiated by the CWA World Security Headquarters, during which they practiced various safety drills designed to protect Jewish communities.

In the shadow of the security warnings aimed at Jewish communities around the world, including in sensitive areas, rabbis from Cyprus convened a special meeting initiated by the CWA World Security Headquarters, and practiced various safety drills designed to protect Jewish communities

. Security, rabbis and Chabad emissaries from the various cities of Cyprus participated, including: Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos.

The rabbis came especially from all the cities of the country to take part in the closed meeting.

During the meeting, the rabbis listened to professional lectures on security and defense against terrorism and various sabotage incidents.

The meeting was also attended by a representative of Magen David Adom, who gave the rabbis tips on initial and essential rescue measures to save lives in emergencies.

The meeting was held at the beginning of the tourist season in Cyprus, during which tens of thousands of Israelis are expected to flock to the country, many of whom visit Jewish communities and Chabad houses, offering them a variety of assistance services, Shabbat meals,

etc. The Rabbis of Cyprus, is part of a series of meetings of the rabbis of the countries of the world and Chabad emissaries, recently held by the security arm of the world Chabad, in order to secure the safety of Jewish communities and Chabad houses in the world and the many guests at their gates.
