Harish, the most built city in Israel today, was announced as a city very recently.
Every year, about 10,000 residents join the city, so that within a decade, the plowing population will reach about 100,000 residents.
According to a census conducted by the Harish local council, about 78% of the buyers of the apartments are young families, half of them from the central area.
About 65% are academics interested in volunteering and being involved in the community.
Plowing currently has 29,000 residents and is expected to grow in the next three years to 60,000 residents.
This is a high and exceptional growth of about 680% in the PA population in just 7 years.

To illustrate the attractiveness of plowing as one that may solve the housing crisis, we chose the real estate company, Ayala Agam, a company with an IDF background that also built many buildings in the city of Modi'in in its infancy, and today leads in plowing a number of major projects.
We also found families who came to the new city from Jerusalem and even from Eilat, who tell candidly about the education, culture and community in the city.
What will make Harish particularly attractive is its required connection to Highway Six and the train station that will be built there.
A few months ago, the Border Police Interchange (Border Police) finally opened, which eased traffic congestion.
The Ministry of Transport is now pushing for the construction of a train station in the city after many struggles.
The National Planning and Building Council ruled that "it was decided to accept the Ministry of Transportation's request and reconsider the northern section of the Menashe Railway plan, including the integration with the city of Harish, an examination of an underground passenger station and the issue of underground cargo."
