With the participation of 100 exhibiting companies, the activities of the Hala Eid Festival opened this evening, which is held in Aleppo Governorate

In cooperation with the Kenana Company for exhibitions.

The festival, which will continue until the 8th of next July, on the grounds of the old Hanano market, includes various types of food, including sweets, pastries, hospitality of all kinds, canned goods, thyme and Aleppo soap, in addition to the plastic and chemical industries, cosmetics and shoes.

And Ahmed Al-Yaseen, Deputy Head of the Executive Office in Aleppo Governorate, said in a statement to SANA that holding these exhibitions and festivals

Evidence of the return of economic activity in the governorate and the remarkable recovery it is witnessing, as well as the fact that it contributes to reducing prices through discounts and selling at cost prices, especially since the festival includes various family requirements such as food, consumer items and clothing.

Kenana Alloush, owner of the Kenana Foundation for Exhibitions, explained that the festival included 100 pavilions for various economic, industrial and commercial activities, which were keen to participate in the festival with the aim of providing support to the people of the city of Aleppo by selling directly from the producer to the consumer at cost and at considered prices.

SANA's reporter met with a number of participants, where Muhammad Khoury, sales manager of Dahman Plastic Equipment Company, explained that he presents within the exhibition various types of household products and kitchen utensils at reasonable and competitive prices suitable for citizens.

Saleh Muhammad Al-Saleh, director of Ruba Al-Waseem Mills, pointed out that their company offers various types of semolina and pasta at discounted prices ranging between 30 and 40 and display them at a cost price. Mortada Al-Olabi, owner of Al-Olabi and Soapy Company, added that their company offers various types of spices and mortar with discounts of up to more than 50 percent in order to attract Visitors and sell directly.

Among the sweets’ pavilions, the industrialist, Arabi Abu Bakr, participates in offering various types of Aleppo sweets, including Mabrouma, Kunafa and Siwar Al-Sit, in addition to pastries for Eid rituals, such as cakes, maamoul, and petfour at competitive prices.

Mustafa Eskeif, from Danilo's clothing suite, pointed out that he offers a wide range of men's clothing at discounted prices close to the cost price.
