The epidemic in Hong Kong has exceeded 4,000 confirmed cases in a single day for 10 consecutive days. The Medical and Health Bureau issued a new mandatory testing announcement on Saturday night (30th), involving 65 locations, of which 58 buildings have been visited by confirmed cases.
Among them, Yuen Long District has the highest number of buildings on the list, including 4 Lok Wu Residences at Kingswood Villas in Tin Shui Wai and Chung Tai Court in Tin Chung Court.
The remaining buildings included in the announcement include 2 Grand Promenades in Sai Wan Ho, 1 Chai Wan Police Married Quarters, 5 Tseung Kwan O Fire Services Department Pak Shing Kok Married Quarters, 3 Lai Chi Kok Manhattan Hill, and City One Shatin 3 seats etc.
In addition, seven buildings were included in the mandatory testing notice due to positive sewage samples, including Blocks 1 to 3 of King Sun Terrace, Tuen Mun, Ya Lai House, Yau Lai Estate, Yau Lai Estate, and Fung Lai House, Yau Lai Estate, as well as Fanling Cheung Wah Tsuen Cheung Wo House and Cheung Lok House.
The announcement stated that if everyone has visited the relevant place within the specified time, they must undergo nucleic acid testing on July 31 or August 1.

As for those who are required to undergo compulsory testing, nucleic acid testing must be carried out in accordance with the relevant compulsory testing announcement, and rapid antigen testing cannot be used to meet the requirements of the announcement.
In other words, a negative rapid antigen test result will not be considered to meet the mandatory testing requirements.
