He stole license plates and stabbed tires: A Fischbachauer (29) attacked several cars from his ex-girlfriend's environment.

The reason: disappointed love.

Miesbach/Fischbachau

- To really wipe out his ex - that's what a 29-year-old from Fischbachau wanted.

But he not only harmed his former girlfriend, but almost the entire family of the young woman.

The Fischbachauer is said to have tampered with the family's vehicles again and again.

Even a woman who has nothing to do with the family was surprised when she took a closer look at her car one morning.

The 29-year-old now received the receipt from the Miesbach district court.

He ended up in the dock because he had lodged an appeal against a penalty order that had already been issued.

Acts of revenge against ex-girlfriend and her family

The public prosecutor charged him with four thefts and five cases of damage to property.

There are said to have been six times in total, all of which date from 2021. In March, the Fischbachauer unscrewed the license plates from four vehicles belonging to the family living in Miesbach and took them with him.

Two months later he is said to have removed the license plates from two other cars from another family member in Schliersee.

In August, the accused is said to have stabbed all four tires on the car shared by his ex and her husband in Schliersee.

He is accused of the same thing with another family vehicle in Miesbach.

A work colleague with whom the Fischbachauer had a dispute also got it.

Here he is said to have destroyed all the tires on her Opel.

On the day of the trial, the Fischbachauer presented himself as extremely self-confident.

After all, he admitted the first allegation from March 2021.

"The rest is denied, he doesn't answer any questions," said his lawyer, Martin Scharr.

The Fischbachauer made the calculation without an official (51) from the Miesbach police.

"The accused and his ex-girlfriend were a couple for four years," said the police officer.

He wanted a child with her.

But then came the separation.

"In March 2021 he saw her again.

She was pregnant then, but from another man," the 51-year-old described the results of the investigation.

It was at this point that the action began.

No coincidence, as it turned out two months later.

The work of the forensics team deployed by the police bore fruit.

Search warrant leads to murder weapon

When the family's tires were slashed and license plates stolen again in August, the investigators obtained a search warrant against the suspect.

"We found a Phillips screwdriver in his car," the police officer explained.

The murder weapon.

District Judge Walter Leitner had no more questions given the detailed descriptions given by the police officer.

It all boils down to the 29-year-old as the perpetrator, according to the judge.

A handful of witnesses were still waiting outside the courtroom.

"If there is a conviction after the witnesses have told what was wrong with the cars, then the penalty will be significantly higher than in the first penalty order," warned Leitner.

It wasn't even half a minute before Scharr grabbed his client, took him to the door of the courtroom and discussed how to proceed.

After the two re-entered a few minutes later, the defense attorney announced: "The objection will be withdrawn." However, the defendant, who was still smiling at the end of the hearing, did not confess.
