Green light for a construction project on the Wolfratshauser Isarspitz.
There, three illegal buildings have been making headlines across Bavaria for weeks.
Wolfratshausen – Even before the discussion began in the city council's building committee, it was clear that the committee could not have rejected the application for a building permit submitted by the Isar-Loisach Group Wastewater Association.
Because according to the head of the town hall, Klaus Heilinglechner (citizens' association), it is a so-called privileged construction project, "it serves the purpose of waste water disposal".
But one way or the other, the committee members agreed: The company and garage building in the Weidach district at Isarspitz 47 can therefore be renovated and increased.

The building on the site of the sewage treatment plant was "aging", Sabine Trinkl, head of the town hall's "Planning and Environment" department, informed the members of the building committee.
The sewage association, which includes the cities of Wolfratshausen and Geretsried as well as the communities of Königsdorf, Egling, Icking and Dietramszell, is planning to renovate the property and add another floor.
Offices will be set up here.
The garage building of the T-Bau "is only being re-roofed", says Trinkl.
Additional storage options are to be created by “only an insignificant increase in the ridge”.
A former mud trap is to be converted into a garage and covered.
The asbestos-contaminated exterior cladding will be removed as part of the refurbishment.
Expert committee approves building application with 10:0 votes
The committee approved the application with a score of 10:0.
Mayor Heilinglechner assured the city councilors that the sewage association would comply with the building regulations.
"Everyone," says the head of town hall, "are very sensitive, especially at the address."
As reported, three illegal buildings on the Isarspitz 24, 24a and 25 have been making headlines throughout Bavaria for weeks.
The lower building supervisory authority at the district office in Bad Tölz has written to the builder from Geretsried asking them to voluntarily demolish the three rented single-family houses by October 1 of this year.
If he doesn't, Maya Mantel, the head of the district building department, has announced that she will issue a formal demolition order.
