Kolbermoor – On Monday there was an attempted sexual assault on a 24-year-old in Kolbermoor.
The woman was on the lake shore of the Tonwerkweiher.
On Monday afternoon (December 19), a 24-year-old woman was walking on the lakeside path at Tonwerkweiher in Kolbermoor around 3:40 p.m.
"According to the information given by the woman, she was attacked from behind by an unknown man at Filzenstraße 45 and torn to the ground," explains the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria South.
The young woman vehemently resisted, screamed for help, was finally able to break free and flee to the east.
The unknown perpetrator then followed her to a clearing.
The victim sustained minor injuries when she fell to the ground.
The 24-year-old reported to the Bad Aibling police station on Tuesday afternoon (December 20) and filed a complaint.
From there, the first immediate measures were initiated in consultation with the Rosenheim criminal police.
The investigations were taken over by the competent commissioner for sexual offenses of the Rosenheim Criminal Police Inspectorate.
The complainant described the perpetrator as follows:
male, around 30 years old, around 180 cm tall, full beard, spoke in a remarkably deep voice, wore a dark gray winter jacket, black “ski gloves”, black trousers and white sneakers.
