The Knesset factions are gathering today (Monday) once more against the background of the political conflicts surrounding the railway works during Shabbat.
Following a document that was circulated showing the railway workers continuing to work even on Shabbat, Torah Judaism chairman Goldknopf called on Netanyahu and Regev to stop doing so. Following the conversation, Regev asked the railway officials to reduce the work on the weekend to a minimum.
The member of the opposition, former Minister of Transportation Merav Michaeli, attacked: "This is a tremendous harm to the public who travel by trains and public transportation."
