A 35-year-old firefighter who trained young firefighters was indicted for alleged rape of a minor he supervised, we learned Thursday from the Mulhouse prosecutor's office.
The facts would have taken place between 2009 and 2010 at the rescue center of Hirsingue, a town in the south of the Haut-Rhin.
Minor under 15 years old
The victim, now over 25, only recently filed a complaint against the man responsible for training young firefighters, accusing him of assault and rape.

Placed in police custody at the beginning of the week, he was presented on Wednesday to an investigating judge who "indicted him
for acts of sexual assault and rape of a minor under 15 and a minor aged 15 years

It was the young woman who ended up filing a complaint and denouncing the facts of which she was the victim.

The suspect was placed under judicial control with in particular the prohibition to exercise his functions of trainer, firefighter and to report to the barracks of Hirsingue.
