Imagine a respectable 200-gram beef patty topped with meaty toppings like lamb shawarma and pine nuts (you read that right - a burger with added shawarma!), seared chorizo sausage and smoked veal asado. Now stop imagining, load up three more hungry friends and get ready for the corruption dinner for four, which is on offer at the restaurant until June 7. Holy Trinity
The CONMIGO kosher restaurant in Modiin (13 Reches Boulevard) holds a special evening dedicated entirely to the wonderful food in honor of Hamburger Day. Every diner who comes to the place on the day of the burger (today) will indulge in a closed menu. It includes three types of burgers weighing 100 grams: classic beef, truffle burger and smoked burger, plus onion jam and stir-fried mushrooms and along with homemade fries, potatos and sauces (honey aioli, chipotle aioli, garlic confit and chimichurri). All this for 170 shekels, including unlimited draft beer to slip down your throat properly.
* There is an option to upgrade the burgers with foie gras or deconstructed meat at an additional cost, and also a vegan option. First seat from 19:30, second seat from 21:00.

Modiin and Hamburg(r)
It turns out that Modiin really loves burgers, since Rosa Hachshara Mehadrin (1 HaMalchut Boulevard, Ispro Center) also offers a particularly corrupt dish in honor of the meaty day. The restaurant's truffle burger is made from 250 grams of premium cuts, plus long-cooked asado, chimichurri, truffle aioli and roasted forest mushrooms (NIS 92).

Beautiful and squashed
The new Smash Burger House chain, which has seven branches in the central region, wants you to celebrate Burger Day with a crunch that sounds all the way to America. Get the "New Mexico Rico Smash" – a crunchy, caramelized smash patty fortified with avocado paste, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickled jalapeño pepper, smoked chipotle aioli sauce and, also, a pile of crispy nachos (inside the bun, yes?) that will shake every bite until the sombrero falls off your head.
The chain also closed a corner for those who prefer a slightly sweeter taste with a "tropical Hawaiian style smash" backed by crispy lamb bacon, a slice of pineapple, vegetables and chipotle aioli sauce. (46 NIS for a single sandwich or 66 NIS for a meal with side dishes and drinks).

Just missing a glass of rum
BBB's contribution to International Burger Day includes, among others, the Caribbean Burger – a beef burger taken for a round of seared pineapple, smoked black brisket, Sriracha chili sauce, Thousand Island sauce and vegetables (lettuce, pickled cucumber, pickled jalapeño pepper and onions). Is it a burger? Is it an elegant gourmet dish? Try both. New Cafe Napo (7 Cherry St., Kiryat Ono) and Bar Italia (Sderot Oved Ben Ami 113, Netanya), both culinary institutions with an Italian twist under the direction of chef Shahar Barnea, serve a burger from a high-quality meat mixture on brioche bread in red wine sauce and demi glass, along with bone marrow and root vegetables. "Spinach Bifburger" - the new special of the corrupt burger chain Paris Texas (branches in Ramat Gan, Givatayim and Tel Aviv), is made from the famous beef patty of the place with the addition of green basil garlic sauce, jalapeno onions, eye egg, vegan Gouda cheese and spinach ragu in wine. We don't know about you, but Popeye has already booked a table. (72 NIS for a burger / 91 NIS for a meal with drinks and a side dish of your choice).

Who did you call a bun?
You probably won't find a juicy burger tucked into a rich brioche croissant in a typical Parisian patisserie, but that's exactly what you'll find at Jessica Be'er Sheva (Yitzhak Nafha 25, compound). The French burger croissant contains a 220-gram patty, tartar sauce, arugula leaves and caramelized onions in wine broth (76 shekels). Bon Appétit.

Abush Burger in Moshav Magdim delivers the goods (and much more) with "Aballah Comes Hungry" - a double cheeseburger with vegan cheese plus smoked entrecote, deconstructed meat, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. On the side, you'll be loaded with a pile of chips and house sauces (basil aioli and smoked aioli) (NIS 89).

Burger King: Every Whopper order in a single sandwich or meal will be upgraded with an additional patty as a gift. In other words, anyone who orders a woofer will receive a double and whoever orders a double will receive a triple - at no additional charge. The offer is valid on Sunday, May 28 only.
