The blue gate is closed. Not a sign or plaque indicates the presence of a dog farm in this lambda pavilion. Since the intervention of the services of the State this Thursday morning, no more barking dog resonates either in the suburban district, located at the end of Belloy-en-France. A little before 9 am, the Departmental Directorate of Population Protection (DDPP) of Val-d'Oise, which includes veterinary services, assisted by the gendarmerie and the Agricultural Social Mutuality (MSA), invested the premises of this breeding specialized in cocker spaniels to verify information that the animals were victims of abuse. What the result of this intervention confirms: the 31 dogs found in the premises were seized and then entrusted to the Animal Assistance Foundation.
