In a meeting held today (Monday) at the basketball association's offices between Oded Katash and the association's leaders, it was agreed that the coach will continue to work for the team in the upcoming game window in February.

During the meeting, Katsch briefed the association's leaders on his move to Panathinaikos later this week, explaining to them how he was preparing to reach a bubble to be held in Poland in parallel with the Greek teams' Euroleague games.

As you may recall, the Israeli team has already secured its place in the European Championships and in February will meet Romania and Spain in an attempt to secure first place at home.

Katsch and Panathinaikos are expected to play two Euroleague games against CSKA Moscow and Zenit St. Petersburg in the same week of the national team window, but according to sources involved in the details, the Greek team has confirmed to the coach not to be present in both games.
