On video: Moshe Hogge is released to house arrest (Walla system!)
This morning (Wednesday) a hearing is held at the Rishon LeZion Magistrate's Court regarding the bail that Moshe Hogge needs to return.
This is after yesterday he was arrested and brought before a judge after setting a deadline for returning the funds.
On behalf of the prosecution, it was said at the hearing this morning: "The celebrant has money, there are millions he is hiding. There are no indications that he has no money or that his financial situation is bad, but the opposite."
Had to go to court again.

Hogg's lawyer, Moshe Mazor, said at the hearing: "They took his money and confiscated his assets, he defaulted on payment, otherwise he would have returned the required money. He is giving his family members' apartments as collateral, is there more to it?"
The judge repeated and stated that the fear is that Hodg will flee the country and this is the main purpose of the bond.
Hogge's representatives responded: "He is not making preparations and the things are inappropriate, he is simply trying to restore his life after the damage he suffered."
