He was arrested at his home by the juvenile protection brigade of the Paris judicial police, while he has been wanted since December 4.
A 40-year-old journalist, who previously appeared on several television channels, was indicted on January 16 for "sexual assaults on minors aged 15" and "possession of child pornography", Le Parisien learned from judicial source, confirming information from LCI. He was placed in pre-trial detention.

The man is said to have committed a sexual assault on a 13-year-old adolescent on December 4, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, after having approached him on a bicycle and pretending to be a modeling agent. A complaint was filed, according to LCI, which evokes similar facts, that the journalist allegedly committed last August, on a young man of the same age, this time in the XVIIth district.
During his police custody, the applicant, confused by video surveillance images, allegedly confessed to the acts of sexual assault. Child pornography images were also found at his home during a search conducted a few days ago. LCI also claims that the man has researched sex tourism destinations.
