It is a twist in the Elisa Pilarski case, this young woman mortally bitten by one or more dogs, on Saturday November 16 in the forest of Retz (Aisne). According to our information, Christophe Ellul, the victim's companion, separated from the lawyer who defended his interests from the start, Me Caty Richard.

An element anything but anecdotal. At issue, it would seem: a difference of opinion regarding Curtis' situation. The victim's dog, which Elisa was walking that day in the forest, where a hunting with hounds was taking place, had been placed in the pound that very evening, where it is still found.

His master, Christophe, notably set up a Leetchi kitty to finance lawyers specializing in the defense of the animal cause. With a backdrop in particular, one objective: to postpone Curtis' behavioral evaluation, and above all that he be changed in structure, "for a more suitable place than where he is now, and where he remains locked up 24 hours / 24 ".

Christophe Ellul also confirms that he has added, on the sidelines of these two lawyers, the services of a new criminal lawyer. For her part, Me Caty Richard specifies that she remains the lawyer for the family of Elisa Pilarski, including her mother, Nathalie.
