The new, fourth generation Kia Sorrento number was featured in the photos, just before the official reveal at the Geneva Exhibition.
In the new Sorrento, Kia's designers take the "exquisite boldness" motif one step further. As far as terrain is concerned, they are probably taking another step back, using his shared platform and the new Optima (and to think his first generation was with a ladder chassis and power gear).

The benefit of using the shared platform is of course better road behavior and comfort, better interior space, but no less important, use of advanced propulsion units. So in addition to the 2.5-liter 2.5-liter, 3.5-liter V6 and 2.2-liter V6 engines, we are also likely to see a hybrid and hybrid rechargeable propulsion unit, presumably with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine.

The new Sorrento passenger compartment seems to have made an equally great leap. Although the images probably look like the most well-equipped version, the overall look is very impressive. It has a digital dashboard and a fairly large multimedia screen. The air vents are pushed down, but present an interesting structure that splits them into two separate units. From the pictures it seems that the operation of the air conditioning system was left with physical buttons thank God.
At the bottom of the console are storage compartments, for which additional space is vacated with the shift to the dial in the gear selector instead of a handle.
As before, the Sorento will be offered in five or seven seats. Which will keep him in the competition against his similar models to the Skoda Kodiak, Peugeot 5008, Nissan Extras and Hyundai Santa Fe.
