He regularly places orders with Haurus - the police officer's pseudonym on the Darknet - to obtain personal information (marital status, addresses, telephone contacts, license plates, etc.) on personalities.
Elements of the private life of "Christelle"
After asking for research on foreign politicians or directors of economic intelligence companies, "Bidule 7575" told the police officer that big customers were ready to pay to find out who the complainant of Tariq was. Ramadan named "Christelle". It is under this borrowed first name that the forty-something woman testified in the media. The intermediary requests his identification as well as elements of his private life. Nothing difficult for Haurus who, as a criminal investigator, has access to numerous police files.
He then performs "reverse research" to go back to Paule-Emma Aline. On March 7, at 8:53 am, he first types the name of Tariq Ramadan in the police file "Christina", intended for internal intelligence. Then he consults at 9:05 am the "Processing of judicial history" (Taj), identifying the respondents in criminal cases. On the file of Tariq Ramadan which summarizes the procedure which earned him to be indicted, the names of his two alleged victims appear: Henda Ayari, the first to have filed a complaint against the Islamologist, and whose name is public, and another named Paule-Emma Aline. By implication, it can only be Christelle.
Once the name has been obtained, Haurus consults the mega TES identity file (secure electronic titles), which lists citizens' personal data. The agent thus has access to the complainant's passport but also to "all the documents presented to the administration to obtain the identity document" as mentioned in the report: EDF invoice, photograph, copy of the identity card, but also CERFA form including parentage, address, telephone number, e-mail ... As of the same evening, Haurus informs "Bidule 7575" that it has recovered the precious information. But the intermediary dragged out the payment for the order, payable "before delivery". He visibly encounters difficulties in getting paid by his clients.
The investigators did not try to identify Bidule 7575
On March 15, "Bidule 7575" resumed contact. Unhappy, he says he was overtaken, his clients having recovered the information otherwise. By the way, the intermediary asks if "Christelle" is indeed Paule-Emma Aline and if she was born in 1972. End of the transaction.

Who sought information about the alleged victim of Tariq Ramadan? Questioned in police custody at the General Inspection of Internal Security (IGSI) in October 2018, Haurus explains that he does not know the real identity of "Bidule 7575". According to the agent, the order on Paule-Emma Aline was presented as coming from a "newspaper" but he does not know more. This mysterious research comes barely a month after the indictment of Tariq Ramadan for the alleged rape of Christelle. But also, coincidence or not, a month before the disclosure for the first time of the partial identity (first name and date of birth) thereof with precise elements of his biography by the Muslim Post, a website based in Tunis . However, this site, which has devoted numerous articles to the defense of Tariq Ramadan, is reputed to be very close to the influential support committee of the Islamologist. Contacted, the Muslim Post was not reachable.
"Investigations must be carried out"
At the time of the order, Tariq Ramadan was imprisoned at the Fleury-Mérogis remand center (Essonne). He is in solitary confinement, unable to see his family. The judges fear pressure on the complainants. Me Yassine Bouzrou, Tariq Ramadan's lawyer, is the Islamologist's only link with the outside. However, the latter will criticize in a book the lawyer for not having sent messages to his relatives.
