The facts took place shortly before 3 p.m. on the site of the Protestant retirement home Montalivet. In its fall, the arrow of the construction machine hit a room in the building.
Twelve residents to relocate
The Ardèche prefecture reports on Twitter a "final" assessment of four injured "in relative emergency". It would be three residents and the crane operator. The four injured were transported to hospital, reports Le Dauphiné Libéré.
The intervention of the Codis de l'Ardèche mobilized on the spot a workforce of around forty people. The part of the wing affected by the building having been condemned, a dozen residents were to be relocated by this Monday evening.
