The alleged aggressor, without a criminal record but known to the courts, was placed in police custody "for violence against a person charged with a public service mission". The driver of Tao (public transport network of the Métropole d'Orléans, Keolis group) was prescribed four days of ITT (total incapacity for work) due, in particular, to an eye injury.

“He (the alleged perpetrator) gets on the bus near the bus station. The driver points out to him that wearing a mask is compulsory.
