Each is designed and built as a tribute to one of the five McLaren F1 GTRs that finished the race in 1995, crossing the line in first, third, fourth, fifth and thirteenth position.

The result made history as this was the first time McLaren entered the Le Mans race, three years after the introduction of its first production road car, the McLaren F1.

Each of the five cars has a dedicated hand-painted livery that replicates or pays homage to the design of each of the 1995 cars. The attention to detail has been such that each McLaren Senna GTR LM required at least 800 hours of work to paint the car. custom livery.

Every detail painted on the five cars has been hand-finished by the McLaren Special Operations team.



Special permissions have been granted by brand owners such as Gulf and Harrods and by the organizer of Le Mans, the Automobile Club de l'Ouest, to recreate logos and branding.

The roof of each car also features an authentically recreated scrutineering sticker, which is the only piece of vinyl in the livery.

The relationship between each McLaren Senna GTR LM and its forerunner F1 GTR is also emphasized by the presence of a dedication plate on the inner surface of the carbon fiber tank that indicates the uniqueness of each car and its identification with the chassis number. of the original F1 GTR.

Each car also bears a dedication to its Le Mans 'twin', including the date of the race, the names of the three drivers in that car and the ranking position.

The recalibration of the powertrain electronics delivers an output of 845 hp, an increase of 20 hp over the 'normal' McLaren Senna GTR.

Inside the car, LM-exclusive features include a racing steering wheel with gold anodized shift paddles and control buttons, titanium nitride pedals with LM logos, leather door straps and fiber-optic racing seats. lightweight tailored carbon, complemented by embroidery headrest and a black MSO six-point racing harness with body-colored padding.
