Mirit Harari - Farewell Video (Photo: Ichilov Spokeswoman)

At the end of the 30th anniversary of the death of his wife, Mirit Harari, presenter Didi Harari returned today (Wednesday) to broadcast on 103FM radio.

Harari passed away on September 20, at the age of 52, after a two-year battle with liver cancer, and the next day she was laid to rest in the Bnei Zion cemetery.

The entire program was dedicated to Mirit, and he submitted it alongside their three daughters - Maya, Avishag and Noa.

The show features love songs and personal stories.

At the beginning of the broadcast, the excited Harari said: "In all my 30 years on the radio I do not remember that I was not on the broadcast for a month and a week. I always returned to the radio as soon as possible but this time after two hard, full, empowering and painful years. For myself, to be with my family, that together we will try to mend the rifts. First I want to say thank you. I have no words to describe the warmth, empathy and comfort I received from you. Thousands of messages and posts from students, soldiers, children, adults, neighbors, people from Israel and abroad.

All these people together wrote to us, published from water from Mirit's words that were published on the net, and the truth is that it helped us terribly.

I read everything, and a huge thank you to all of you.

it's not taken for granted.

Today I came to the radio with a slight tremor and excitement that I had not had in a long time, that is why I asked my daughters to come with me to support and be here with me.

My lyrical became a public figure because of it, not because she is my wife but because of volume, light and power that it has given to so many people. "

Broadcasting opens the song" More Than A Woman "by Heavy Gees." This Mirit, "Hardy said,

even that She's like that, much more than a woman's soup. Also because it's certain that every time you get in her car the Bee Jiz was in her car. "I hope that Mirit's optimism will stick with us, and that we will always live as she smiled until the last minute."

Yesterday, on the 30th day of her death, the family released a chilling farewell video shot by Mirit more than a year ago, in July 2019, in one of the hospitalizations at Ichilov Hospital, which she requested be distributed only after her death.

"If you're watching this video, it's probably forfeited," Harari said in the video.

"I want to say thank you for the huge love that everyone has poured over me, for the prayers, for the reinforcements. This is the most beautiful year of my life, there is no doubt here. I went through difficult things, but this year I got the opportunity to bring out the good in me. "But the meaning I got this year - I did not get it in the 51 years that preceded it, and that's the most wonderful thing."

"The message I want to convey to everyone is not to be afraid, I know it's not easy to internalize such a thing, but it's possible. Think we're coming here for sixty, seventy, eighty years not for another trip, or another house or another beautiful dress. To me the meaning of life is Free love, to do good, to strengthen other people, to be a conduit that conveys purity, to think before we are angry and in general, to know that we create the diseases with stress and frustration, and we can also heal ourselves.I have enjoyed and I wish everyone lots of health and lots of free love - it The most important".

In the past year, Harari has published exciting posts in which she told about her struggle with the disease - posts that went viral and won tens of thousands of shares.

A month before her death, her daughter, Avishag, married in the yard of her home.

A week and a half before her death, she posted a chilling Facebook post in which she told about her deliberation whether to stay in the hospital or at home.

"The decision is not simple at all. At the hospital I am still kept alive. At home, everything can collapse at once."

She further wrote that she understands that death is near: "Every day I ask myself if today is today. I am ready for Shin Hour."

At her funeral, after the eulogy, Yishai Ribu performed the song "My Heart," which according to Didi Harari, "Mirit heard it on the radio after returning from the hospital, and told Shogi 'I would like it at my funeral.'

On Tuesday, towards the end of the 30 days of mourning, the family gathered at her home, and Hanan Ben-Ari came to sing their song "Shemesh", which Mirit loved and from which Didi Harari quoted in an exciting post he published after her death.

The song includes the lyrics: "Then I will be like the sun forever / I will be like a wandering bird in space / You, you will be my king forever / I thank you for a way you swear to me."
