Bordeaux: injured in an accident with a tram robbed while they are rescued

The driver of the car, aged 86, was hospitalized in serious condition, with a life-threatening prognosis, while her 71-year-old passenger, less seriously injured, and the driver of the tram train, shot in the back without serious but shocked, were also hospitalized, said the emergency services.

A running chase

The 70 or so occupants of the tram were able to exit without damage before help arrived, and witnesses assisted the victims, extracting them from the vehicle and attempting to provide first aid.

On the sidelines of the accident, however, a group of young people took advantage of the confusion to approach the vehicle and steal personal effects of the victims, including at least it seems a bank card of the driver, said the prosecution. .
