The brother of the alleged murderer of little Maëlys and Corporal Arthur Noyer was tried this Thursday in immediate appearance by the Chambéry criminal court for violence committed on his mother, reports France Bleu.
He was sentenced to a fine of 500 euros and his criminal record now bears four mentions.
The 39-year-old man was accused by his mother, Christiane Lelandais, of having abused her on October 31, in their common home, which also hosted Nordhal Lelandais before his arrest, in Domessin, in Savoy.
The latter had, after the violence, called the gendarmes who could only note injuries to the hand and tibia.
She said she received punches and kicks from her son, as well as spitting, while the latter was alcoholic.
"What he saw is worse than us"
France Bleu relates that during the hearing, Sven Lelandais, who assured that he would not "repeat" such facts, did not hide having a problem with alcohol, even if he claims to have "totally stopped »Drug use.
"The decision to defer the accused was taken as for any litigant", for his part underlined the prosecutor, about his now known surname.
The mother of the family, who became a civil party, confided that she regretted having lodged a complaint against her son.
And tried to clear it somewhat.
"The facts happened under the influence of alcohol, but I can ask Sven anything, he has always been nice to us", insisted Christiane Lelandais, proclaiming that her son "wants to completely stop the alcohol ”.

It is moreover on this aspect of the life of Christiane and Sven Lelandais that the lawyer of the latter - who demanded a reminder to the law by way of conviction - wanted to insist, by painting the profile of "two unfortunate people who are called Lelandais ”and whose life“ has been transformed ”.
He assured that his client had seen an employment contract canceled in Switzerland, after his employer was able to establish the family link with the suspect of the two murders.
On February 1, 2019, Sven Lelandais was severely beaten near Pont-de-Beauvoisin by his neighbor and another man.
He had had a broken nose.
His two attackers were convicted in June of the same year.
