The public prosecutor's office exposed the violations committed by the organizers and the participants in this clandestine festival which took enormous proportions with more than 2,500 estimated participants: illegal organization of a festive gathering of a musical nature, illegal occupation of the land of others, endangering the lives of others, willful violence against persons holding public authority, infringements of the legislation on narcotics and in particular the facilitation of use, etc.
"The penalty incurred for these latest facts is 10 years' imprisonment" also said the press release.
According to the courts, the first elements of the investigation gathered made it possible to confirm the paid nature of the event in the form of a contribution and the significant presence of narcotic products on the occasion of this event.
The judicial investigation therefore logically focused on identifying the organizers of this illegal demonstration.
Arrests and police custody
This Saturday at 3 p.m., in the town of Iffendic (35), as part of a judicial police operation led by the Redon research brigade, two platoons of mobile gendarmes, 1 surveillance and intervention platoon with the support of a helicopter, that is to say 70 gendarmes intervened to arrest suspects.
Two people, born in 1998, without a criminal record, were arrested and taken into police custody.
